ASTRONOMY I

The Moon 

This unit will focus on the Moon and Planets.  We will begin and end with a look at what happens when a bit of the Solar System impacts the Earth.   In class a special focus will be made understanding the motions of the Moon particularly Solar and Lunar Eclipses.  

Impact

This video is an introduction to Meteors and  meteorites.   It discusses different types of meteorites and how we identify meteorites and impact craters.
